They will be accountable for office management, helping improve company procedures, and ensuring the smooth running of regular activities. Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters. Support various teams within the organisation as needed.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in an admin executive position
Advance level Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software
Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures can be considered as an advantage
