Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, spearheading sales initiatives, conducting training sessions, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets for commercial and industrial robotic solutions.
Conduct customer training sessions to ensure effective product adoption and satisfaction.
Manage the sales process, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and providing post-sales support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better position Peppermint Robotics’ solutions.
Attributes:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven 5-8 years of experience in industrial or institutional sales (experience in capital equipment sales is an added advantage).
Demonstrated success in sales management and achieving sales targets.
Ability to provide effective training to customers to enhance product performance and satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in the robotics or technology industry is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
