- Responsible for the monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and proper reports for payroll related.
- Handling and completing the various audit.
- Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with upcoming change of statutory ordinance and government requirements.
- Coordinate with inter department to address & resolve compliance related discrepancy.
- Generate payroll reports and forward to the Accounts for timely payment as well as to the managers/management as and when needed for decision-making.
- Handle employee grievances about salaries as well as other issues.
- Study and adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant laws.
- Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees.
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e., Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
- Coordinate and prepare for the employee engagement activity as and when required.
- Perform any other HR work areas as and when assigned.
