• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for Housekeeping positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork.
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring metrics.
