We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Finance Business Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial health, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
Business Partnering:
Act as a finance business partner to key account stakeholders, providing financial insights and support for decision-making.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Cost Control and Profitability Analysis:
Monitor and manage operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and segment to support strategic initiatives.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Process Improvement:
Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve the overall efficiency of the finance function.
Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications:
CA/MBA Finance with relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulatory environment is a plus.
