Job Description -

  • Leasing and Tenant Management:

    • Market vacant spaces to attract new tenants 
    • Conduct property tours and present leasing proposals 
    • Negotiate lease agreements and collect security deposits 
    • Manage tenant relations by addressing concerns and resolving disputes 
    • Renew existing leases through proactive communication 
  • Maintenance and Operations:

    • Oversee routine maintenance and repairs on the property 
    • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and improvements 
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues 
    • Manage emergency response procedures and coordinate repairs during critical situations 
  • Financial Management:

    • Prepare and monitor property budgets, tracking income and expenses 
    • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost optimization 
    • Collect rent payments and ensure timely rent collection 
    • Manage capital expenditure planning for property upgrades 
  • Compliance and Regulations:

    • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations 
    • Maintain necessary property documentation and records 
    • Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes 
  • Reporting and Communication:

    • Provide regular updates to property owners regarding property performance and tenant activity 
    • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders 
    • Maintain open communication with tenants, contractors, and property management team 

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data
  • Project management skills to oversee maintenance and repairs
  • Legal knowledge regarding landlord-tenant laws
  • Customer service orientation to maintain positive tenant relationships
