We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimize the supply chain operations within the facility management industry. The role involves procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes to meet the operational needs of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
Implement inventory control processes to reduce waste, loss, and improve overall efficiency.
Coordinate shipping logistics.
Ensure accurate documentation.
Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis and vendor performance. Stakeholder Management.
Enforce strict adherence to safety standards.Work closely with internal departments such as operations, finance, and maintenance to ensure supply chain alignment with company goals.
Support project teams with supply chain insights and requirements for new facility setups or renovations.Qualifications: Graduate with relevant years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the facility management industry.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
